Inspired to Write offers ESL/EFL teachers and beginning students a straightforward, user-friendly textbook designed to provide increased writing practice and the feedback students need to strengthen their reading/writing skills in an active, student-centered classroom.

About the Author

Warren Wilson teaches English at the State University of New York. He taught in Tokyo for six years and has worked in and around New York City for over thirty years. While living in Japan, he co-authored the FIFTY-FIFTY series of textbooks. He now lives in a rural community in upstate New York.


Jan Barger has written and illustrated nine picture books and has illustrated over twenty books for other authors, including IN THE DRIVING SEAT by Fiona Wall Minami published by Perceptia Press. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, she now lives in East Sussex.
